RETURNS/EXCHANGES

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money if the product hasn't been shipped.
2. MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED AND IS DAMAGED
We offer FREE returns/exchanges if there is any damage associated with the merchandise that is a result of our fault. If there's a problem with your product, please inform us via email within 3 days from the product delivery date.
3. RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY*
Once you have received your item you have 14 days to return your product (intact, unbroken, within its original package, in its pristine condition, unaltered, along with its original tags and accessories). Please bear in mind that return expenses are not covered by us. Once the product has been returned and is back with us (and the above conditions have been met), we will start the refunding process within 5 business days. Once the refund has been issued you will receive an email - please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to arrive into your account.
4. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot offer a FREE exchange, but we can help by offering a low cost alternative if you contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery. Should you need more information regarding a specific product please do not hesitate to email us using the CONTACT page, quoting the product name or product SKU code.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable / Digital products
  • Accessories marked as NON-REFUNDABLE

6. REFUNDS - PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

7. LATE REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days from our REFUND NOTIFICATION email, please check your bank account again first.
Contact your bank / credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially processed by your bank / card issuer.
If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund after, please contact via the CONTACT page.

8. GIFT ITEMS
In some cases, we reserve the right to offer a GIFT CARD as a form of refund. If this is applicable, you will be informed via email prior to this.

9. REFUND SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
10. PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
11. SPECIAL REFUND SHIPPING NOTICE
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as we are not responsible for your product until it reaches us.
